Help! How to achieve this crispness and quality with my FX3?!

appreciate any help / advice!

I've had my FX3 for two years now, and I am still learning but I do not feel I am anywhere near where I should be in terms of the quality of the footages I get. My clips either look washed out, or flat and it is hard to get dynamic range in my vids.

I am a big fan of this content creator and wonder if any has any ideas/assumptions of what he does to accomplish shots like this?

Things like:

1) Lens? 2) Lighting set up (how many?) 3) Exposure Levels? 4) any thing you notice.

I know it's a long shot, but I hope maybe people with years of experience shooting might have any idea of what it takes to get this kind of vibe? I am very new so have no idea where to begin!!
