Charge station pro finally got installed today

1 month later, it was finally installed with the Ford promise promotion. They did a great job and got it exactly where I wanted it can’t seem to get it to connect to my wifi. Is it even worth my troubles to continue trying? It is installed right next to the room where my router is and i know the signal is strong. During set up it allows me to connect to the stations network, but then when I try to connect it to my house network, it does not connect. Any idea what that could be?

Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did, especially since it was free to me!
