Completed orders stuck on pre-transit
Hey folks, I have a question that has been buging me for some time now. First for context, I'm a seller from a EU country.
So my issue is, as I mentioned in the title, that all my completed orders are marked as pre-transit indefinitely, even though I have tracking on all of them - Esty has the post carrier in the sistem, I chose it from the drop down menu and write in the tracking number, and its even there on the completed order reciept as normal. But for some reason, trough etsy, it doesn't seem to track. Also the tracking nubers definitely work, as I make sure every order is delivered by directly tracking with the post carrier.
Is there something that I can do to mark the orders delivered? I'm also worried this is affecting the algorithm.
