PVP Activity

Since we are under a week away from the wonderous DLC I am just curious what you all think is the most active PVP level and weapon ranges as of right now. Currently been getting a good amount of invasions and PVP matches at LVL 30 (+8), but wondering if going up a bit might be more active or not. Any suggestions or ideas would be great! Thanks!
