Does this mean my EI was approved? EI SICKNESS

Please delete if not allowed im just not sure where to post.

So my EI status says that:

You could be entitled to these benefits up to the week ending August 31, 2024 or to a maximum of 26 weeks provided you have a medical certificate covering each week claimed.| |No Employment Insurance sickness benefits are payable to you for the period February 26, 2024 to May 12, 2024 because you have not proven that you would be available for work if you were not sick.|

I think this means my EI claim is activated, and it just states what periods I was not able to claim (because I was in school). At the bottom it also says

Does this amount signify the weekly or bi-weekly amount I would receive? Im just 20, so I've never filed it before. If my thoughts are correct, when should i expect to recieve my first payment? I have already put in my last two weeks (not last week because it wont let me yet but they are aware and said to give it another 1-2 days). should be Wednesday?
