Toonish Canister?

Ok is it possible that anyone has extra Toonish Canisters they can spare? I have never used multi player so not really familiar with how this would work, but I'm at my wits end with this item. I have never seen it but have been checking for it over many months and have never seen it available. I just want to make one Fire Truck.
