Easy & consistent Lowen Auto x2 guide for Expert Ciella with minimal input

tldr; Video showing how to farm several consecutive runs using Lowen with a more condensed guide in the comments.

This is a basic Lowen build that allows for easy x2 Auto farming of Expert Ciella's Wrath with minimal player input (controlled once at each flood phase).

This is what's required, my choices in bold.

    - Templar Hope with Freyja & Agito sword (0UB OK).

    - Any good DPS with a defensive coab, Eg. Sylas, with Agito or HDT2 MUB lance. Other good DPS with defensive utility should work just fine, given that the Lowen build can succeed with Aeleen, the weakest of all wind DPS.

    - A good bow DPS, Eg. Hawk, for skill haste coab. HDT2 MUB preferred for AI DPS, HDT2 0UB or Agito MUB bow OK. Hawk is ideal for both Skill Haste and Defense on his coabs, plus very high DPS even without stun.

    - Lowen with HDT2 0UB staff or CT2 MUB staff. Agito staff not OK due to loss of uptime -> lower healing / DEF buffing.

    - Grace helper to ensure survival at Cryogenic Meteor + Flood.

The way this works is by using A Wish Upon the Yuletree and A Dog's Day to give skill haste, buff time, and Healing Doublebuff to allow a tanky Hope to stack up to 10 stacks of regen on himself, making him virtually unkillable. This combines with Hawk (or other bow) providing further Skill Haste, to allow for frequent iframes that keep the team's uptime (and DPS) high. And with both Templar Hope and Lowen providing DEF buffs, the risk of death is minimal to anything outside of the volcano + flood mechanic.

Auto Play will get up to the first set of Bolts from Above in phase 2 with 100% success. To reliably proceed past this point without relying on RNG, you manually play out the following steps:

1. Full Auto until after the phase 2 transform sequence. After the first AoE blast, use Grace helper skill during Karmic Shield. This allows your AI team to survive the first wave of the flood which comes shortly after.

2. Dodge roll the Bolts from Above that happen shortly after Karmic Shield. (This step may be skipped if your AI DPS is high enough)

3. When you see the text for "Cryogenic Meteor" immediately mash on the dragon button to transform to Freyja, then use her Skill right away.

4. Swipe yourself to safety behind the volcano. Once the first tidal wave passes, call Grace helper again, then swipe to safety for the next wave. The shield, Freyja regen + your lead character not getting hit ensures your AI will survive the second hit, and the shield will protect you from Bolts from Above which happens right afterwards. 5. Monitor the team loosely - at about 50% HP, Ciella will either use another Meteor -> Volcano -> Flood, or will use Frigid Beam. If she uses the Beam, don't worry, you'll survive without intervention. Once she uses the 2nd Cryogenic Meteor, repeat steps 3 and 4.

That's it - Ciella should die shortly after the 2nd Flood or Frigid Beam sequence. If things have somehow gone south, you can still try to salvage the run by calling Freyja as needed.

Note: This specific Hope build does not work with a Grace team as Hope will die to the opening Bolts from Above. With Lowen's DEF buff, Hope is able to survive.
