I bought Destiny 2 Eclipse + Annual Pass and I don't have the Annual Pass.

Please help, I bought Destiny 2 Eclipse + Annual Pass and I do not have the annual pass or the keys to the Eclipse or Witch Queen dungeons, nor was the season pass activated, I have a ticket opened at Bungie 10 days ago and I do not have answer.
