Buyer claimed her package never arrived even though the tracking # says it was delivered! She lives in an apartment complex and forgot to put her unit #. How is that MY fault? I provided proof of shipment, the tracking # says delivered and even contacted USPS for the gps coordinates and says it was shipped to the address she provided! Maybe it got stolen.. Maybe she’s lying. All I know is thanks to her I lost my ITEM and my MONEY! Long story short is buyers can claim lost packages and Depop won’t do crap to protect its sellers. 🥲
