Why does High Latency feels better than low?

In high latency matches I dominate, simply cuz i dont die in 1-3 hits compared to me hitting 4-6 shots yet getting nothing but hit markers when playing in low latency lobbies? wtf is this my latency remains below 30. Its only when i play in other servers which are far from my region i can absolutely dominate and in my servers (EU) i cant do shit, absolutley nothing apart from sniping all day...

Now sniping is fun but fucking game has only 4 snipers all maxed with top edge unlocked fuck am i to snipe more for? I am simply unable to play any full auto classes not cuz of aim but simply cuz I am dying so quick that everyone feels like a cheater and Im rage reporting people which obv im not proud of. Wtf kinda servers do shit like this where I am ata a disadvantage for having better connection but at an advantage for having worse? everyday Im playing less and less of this game due to this issue. Till thay bring more snipers i simply have no playable content because of this issue...
