How are people finding moves so quicky I feel like a snail 🥲

So I have tried a few scanners, either finviz, trading view or zenbot and I feel like I am always finding the back of a move, I'm not being super strict with my filters but I'm always finding the back end and being like "man that would have been a nice 20%"

I'm not expecting to be ahead of the rest of the market but constantly being at the end is not fun hah, I'm barely looking for a 5% move and some upward average volume and it's popping up late on the scanners or not showing at all like finviz seems to miss some of them compared to the other two I'm trying out
