Does the Student VIP Vision Insurance cover EyeBuyDirect? and other suggestions to buy glasses

Insurance on website specifies "Prescription Eyewear can be ordered online as long as it is ordered from a Canadian Provider and shipped to a Canadian Address"

I've heard of others ordering from the website, but im unsure if EyeBuyDirect is a Canadian Provider. Has anyone been able to have their orders on this website covered under the insurance? If not what other places do you recommend for cheap?
