How best to fill?

I’ve had some peeling plant between my bath and sink basin, I’ve scraped this away and have also applied sealant onto the cracked shower tile to avoid any water leaking through in the future (believe this was the cause).

Given this is a narrow gap (but in places this has scraped back beyond the plaster it seems), wondering how best to approach filling and repainting?
