How to remove a horizontal screw that’s right beneath the ceiling?

I’ve attached a diagram for reference. The white line is the top of the ceiling. The red box is a fixture for my light. The blue dot is the screw in question. It goes in horizontally to the fixture (ie. The face of the screw is on the right, the screw is inside the red box to the left). I can’t get enough leverage using a normal screwdriver as it’s too close to the ceiling + pretty sure Batman himself has tightened this screw down. Is there like a socket wrench type of tool for screwdrivers? Or like a 90° screwdriver? It’s a standard ph2 screw.
