Car gets into accident with Highway Work Zone Safety truck on Route 25/Route 8

Nearly caused multiple cars to follow suit as traffic nearly abruptly stopped. Many had to swerve to avoid collision with the sudden slow down of vehicles. Occurred at 1:51pm approximately.
