150+ days since Pulsz received my mail ins

Its been a 150+ days since Pulsz received my mail ins and still no credits. :( They say it takes 6 months for them to get them. And then now I am also instead of the 90 days to be credited I am at 150+. Anyone else in this same situation? Praying for everyone out there with them taking 6 months to receive them and now months to credit it can be a year before you get anything credited. But hopefully I am not the only one? :(
