I ask God for signs/help but nothing happened like absolute 0

Am i desperate? Am i wrong for asking that? im having health anxeity and severe insomia. I cant sleep at night sometimes and i have these feelings that everytime i call on God/Jesus instead to feel happy i get anxious and scared. I'm losing faith and i need help please
