Thinking of diving into the whole celiac thing
For my entire life I've had digestion issues and had some unbearable stomach aches. Literally crying and like there's a million knives in my stomach.
This doesn't happen often so I don't really know what causes it. Now anytime I'm feeling any sort of pain/bloating I immediately chug a shot of pesto-bismal and it's now something I just keep around.
The past couple days I've been having constant bloating and can't really poop at all. I work in a restaurant so maybe greasy foods but it's happened before! I want to dive into WHY it's all happening but, in classic form I'm overwhelmed at where to start.
My family said they would support blood and natural path testing. I could also do an elimination diet and cut stuff out, but not sure which is best.
I also don't know if I'm celiac or just sensitive to foods? I'm not low energy nor losing weight. But I want my tummy happy! For context I'm a 22 Y/O Male, 200lbs, 6'5'' and very active (6-7 days a week).
Any tips/advice/thoughts would be nice! Thank you celiac community ❤️🫶🏼
