Telescope is following stars in the opposite direction.
I finally figured out how to accurately align my telescope (Celestron Nexstar 6SE) via 2 star alignment. I aligned it with Sirius and Polaris. I live in the Northern Hemisphere. When I tell the telescope to track, for instance, Jupiter, it does go to Jupiter, and I can see it in the eye piece, but Jupiter is going down and to the right, while my telescope is going up and to the left, trying to track it. Any suggestions? I assume I have some setting wrong or something. I've chosen my location correctly, the time, the date, Daylight savings vs Standard time, everything. Is my machine broken or am I doing something wrong?
