at my wits end

This cat is my baby but right now she is pushing all of my buttons. for reference, she is an 8 month old maine coon. I have a plant rack as i have collected for years now and she has never tried to climb it until this morning. I woke up to 4 of my rare plants broken and knocked over. I leave for literally 5 minutes and she’s broken yes another plant, as well as a plant pot. She has many toys in the same room, as well as a climbing post opposite my plants and until today, distracted her. she also has her own windowsill, so she is still able to look outside.

She will also just walk up to me and bite me/my partner, including when we are sleeping, completely unprovoked. this has gotten to the point of breaking skin. I have tried playing with her until she pants, lemon juice to deter but she likes it, foil but she also like that, removing her from the room until she calms down/time out, spray bottle. we have also taught her tricks and have puzzles for her to try and keep her stimulated, but it just doesn’t work.

I have never had a cat that is this big of an arse in my life and it’s making me feel awful but i just don’t know how i can help her.

(sorry for formatting, i am quite upset as im writing this)
