Accepting a Zelle Payment

I have used Zelle successfully on my Capital One checking account for two years now, to send money to someone with another bank (Suntrust). Neither I or the recipient had any problems with the Zelle process, and I liked that I could do it straight from my Capital One phone app.

So recently, I told a relative about how they could send me money via Zelle. They also use Capital One, so the sending process was easy (except that Zelle doesn't tell you what your daily transfer limit is, so we arrived at an amount through trial and error).

I have received the email from Zelle about the pending payment to me, but when I click through Zelle's website, and select Capital One as my bank, all it does is open the Google Play Store page for the Capital One app (which is already installed on my phone). If I open the app and sign in, there is no option to accept any Zelle payment.

How do I forge the connection between Zelle's email to me and my Capital One account? I am prepared to instead use the Request Payment option to initiate the transfer from my end, but the original transfer is still pending and will be for the next week, so I figured I'd ask online and see if there's still a way to actually accept it.

Please let me know if there's any generic information I've omitted that would help answer this.

EDIT: I called Capital One and found the problem. I had originally linked my phone number but not my email address. The solution was to open the Capital One app, press the Profile button at the bottom, press Account and Feature Settings, Zelle Settings, then link my email from that screen. Just in case anyone else had this problem.
