Best Zero Days on Camino Frances?

First Camino this May and we’ve got plenty of time to walk. What are your favorite places to spend an extra day? I’m hoping to insert three zero days into our trip as one of my main takeaways from YouTubers and this sub is to not rush through the walk. Of course I’m open to letting these days find me instead of planning them out too concretely but notes about why a place was a good stop for others may help me in the moment. Thanks everyone!

Edit: I should clarify that these aren’t “rest days” I’m willing to jump on a train and go visit a nearby town or city. If your reply is that I shouldn’t take the days at all then… well, I guess… respectfully…keep on walking. This post isn’t meant for you.
