Heavenly Restriction: Selective Blindness

I'm not good at creating restrictions, so I wanted to know if this type of restriction would be possible: The user has normal access to cursed energy manipulation, in addition to having his technique and the bonus that his restriction gives him, which in this case is a simple physical increase (nothing on Toji or Maki level, since the heavenly restriction isn't exactly something super difficult to deal with)

In return, the user becomes blind to seeing cursed energy, Of course, his brain has adapted and he can "feel" the energy, but never actually see it.

I was thinking about this idea because all the restrictions I've seen are always something grand, like leaving someone blind, or without movement of their entire body. Is this restriction possible to have? If so, how exactly would it work? The user wouldn't be able to see curses, right? And not even attacks?

I want to know for sure if it is possible and what the consequences of having this restriction would be, so sorry if I am very wrong, I really don't know how to create heavenly restrictions ;-;
