Front bumper falling off

Hey everyone!

I know there are several posts in the sub about this, but my dads ‘21 front bumper is coming off on the driver side. It’s been like this for a long time. Car has never been in an accident. My question is this, I can see which clip is broken, but it appears to be on the actual bumper itself. Would someone be able maybe put on a new clip, or does the whole bumper have to go?
