Course Suggestions from MBA alumini

I've heard before joining an MBA one needs to have decent knowledge on certain skill sets for which it is advisable to enroll in some computers courses.

I'm an Arts student I need suggestions from someone who has already done an MBA or who's doing MBA currently on what are some of the useful computer courses that you thought you should've joined before taking an MBA.

I'm also in a hunt for jobs, due to my non-technical background, I'm kinda struggling.

Are there any IT companies that hire Arts students and provide on the job training of any useful courses so that I can earn some certification and knowledge?

I'm sorry if my questions sounds dumb. My knowledge on stuffs like these are limited hence I request guidance 🙏
