Whose guitar pick is this?

I was in the front row in the Brisbane show on 21/2 and my boyfriend caught this pick that was thrown to the crowd by the cleanup crew after the show ended.

My best guess is that Tom or Mark threw it on the ground before they walked off.

Can anyone guess who they think this belonged to?
