Best OTC lid cleanser to pair with Xdemvy if there's fungus involved?

Just got a prescription for Xdemvy, but since I have crazy dandruff on my forehead and eyebrows (and frequent skin infections generally), I suspect there may be a fungal component to this as well.

I've been using Head and Shoulders for my forehead/brows, but I assume I can't use that on my lashline. I tried Zocular, but it seems to really irritate my skin. Currently using the OcuSoft Plus pads, but I'm not sure they're doing much to help. I like the pads bc they're easy to use and have a scrubby texture, but I'm open to a spray/foam/etc. Is there a better option that I'm overlooking?

And do I need to consider how this will interact with Xdemvy? Like, will leave-on formulas be a problem here? Edit: Trying to make sure I'm not creating a barrier that makes it harder for the Xdemvy to get into the follicles.
