Looking for a Planner! Italy or France

Feeling so many wonderful things just being able to type this and be part of this magical ceremony of life and love 💞

Looking for advice on planners. I want a planner to do everything (make my visions come true). I am simple - don’t care for the details, my only details come down to accommodating my guests*.

What should we expect when budgeting planners? What is considered exorbitant? Where can we look to find someone local?

My partner and I are native NYers with all of our family here. Through family and friends we met with a few planners in the city for destination weddings and were unimpressed with the portfolio. We also found the costs to be crazy ($20k-$30k). I believe in paying someone for their work, especially when they’re doing something for me that I am not doing myself! Let me know who you used, where you got married, and how much they were.

*a lot of detail I care about is making the wedding accessible - ie. I’m the youngest sibling and have 8 nieces and nephews who I would love at the reception / set up childcare for the whole weekend. Details like this are important to me as a bride.
