Made the Perfect Mutton Kassa after so many days(and tries)

"First two times were a charm, but the third wasn't". Tried multiple times to get the same flavour, but I was unsuccessful in achieving it. And finally, the failures, the wait and the efforts paid off, this was exactly how I wanted it to be, JUST RIGHT ; PERFECT.(Chef's Kiss to it, can't use emojis cus Rule 7 is applicable)
