Do yall read Beastars/Beastars inspired fanfiction?

I’m thinking of writing an x-reader fic based on the Beastars, or a Beastars-inspired fic. After watching Beastars, I thought of so many ways I could creatively expand upon the premise into different stories. So i have some questions…

Do you guys like when the stories include canon characters? Do you mind OC’s? Is romance a good genre to write about?
