I am screwed!

So I am one of the people that had my job offer taken away recently due to the federal hiring freeze. As a result, I am going to have to file bankruptcy because my bills have just become too much.

I was beginning the process with Upsolve, but there is a question in there about whether or not I plan to move in the next three months. Well, I had an interview with an agency in a neighboring state recently which could lead to me needing to move in the next three months if I am offered the job.

Upsolve says you can't use their app if you plan to move. I could say no, but what happens if I end up needing to move? If I wait until I find out about the job I will be well within default on multiple bills and will be getting phone calls all the time. I am trying to avoid the harassment stage.
