Locked myself and possibly ended my honor run because of it

I'm honestly screaming right now. My situation right now is this: I've been doing an honor mode run and it's been pretty successful. Today I decided to be brave and do the iron throne, so far so good, and everything was going well! I had everybody out of their cells and on their way to the ladder and even managed to free Omelum. I was doing having quick look around to check if I truly had everybody out as I remembered that I had seen someone strapped to a table, just wasn't sure where.

So I take Omelum and go to the Scrying Eye Panel, as he is currently closesrt. I activate it. And that's where I was soft locked. You see, when I click the dialogue option nothing happens. I've tried everything I can, but nothing will get me out of this dialogue. The problem is that I can't even skip his turn since both the character before him and the character after him are both green NPCs, so whoever I switch too just has the option to switch to the character whose turn it is.

I'll try to find something ANYTHING that'll get me out of this, but if I don't find anything then my honor run is over and I'm sad.
