Most underrated and overrated fighters?

My two underrated fighters are smiley and pretty p, i feel like smiley is nowhere near the fighter this fandom makes her out to be, like yea shes weird for only trying when shes fighting mariah but like whenever i see tierlists ranking their fighting skills i cannot imagine half the people above smiley actually beating her in a fair 1v1, and then pretty p just isnt really talked about.

My overrated fighters are stunna, ahna, camilla, dtb and kali, im not gonna talk abt all of them but imo kalis fighting skills are not even good😭 jellybean just cant fight
