No Baby Shower?

I’m leaning very heavily against having a baby shower but wondering if I’ll regret it? Did anyone else not have a baby shower and then regret it later? We’re fortunate to be in a position to buy what we need and I’ve never been big into the spotlight (and I know I’ll feel really sad if we have one and people don’t show or it’s awkward) but my mom asked today and it made me question my gut 🫤
