Ryza reprint?

Noticing how Atelier Ryza NA version is sold out almost everywhere or is reselling for above $60? Was this game a limited print run? Do all Atelier physical games have this low print issue? Thank you for any help or advice , also just joined the Reddit so apologies if my question sounds like a broken record :P
