Can someone explain to me why the Trump administration isn't passing bills?

Last time I checked the Republicans control the House, the Senate and the White House. The Supreme Court has a majority of right-leaning judges. It should be relatively simple to work with Congress to pass bills that accomplish many of the goals of all of these unenforceable EOs and DOGE.

But instead the administration is threatening to defy court orders and precipitating a constitutional crisis. And seems to be ignoring Congress (both left and right) all together.

Can anyone on the right explain to me if/why they support doing things this way? It seems extremely unnecessary from my perspective and scary because doing things illegally when you have all the means to do them legally makes me think there's going to be additional law breaking.
