How to approach a meeting requesting a pay rise?

Yesterday, I sent my employer an email requesting a meeting to review my pay. On the email, I stated my case and sent numerous reasons why I should be put on a minimum or X amount.

My employer has set up a meeting to review my pay and it is at 10am this morning. I’ve never been in the position of asking and having a meeting for a pay rise as I’m still quite young.

My concerns are, that what I’ve sent my employer, is really the minimum that I feel I want/deserve, so my question is. What happens if they try to find a middle ground which I am not happy with?

Do I state that I’m not happy and ask for it to be reviewed further? Do I just accept the conditions I’m met with and look elsewhere for another job? Do I simply just reject the offer because I’m not happy with it?

Any advice appreciated
