Ladies, is breastfeeding a pleasureable sensation?

More so relieving your self if your engorged as apposed to feeding a child. Does it ever feel sensual or pleasurable? Anyone who's partner has also tried it was that enjoyable?

Was just watching a video of someone releasing them self as they were very engorged and she seemed to be very much enjoying it.
