What's a good camera for someone who'd like something very simple and cheap yet powerful?

I know this sounds super naive and cliche but I'd like a good camera that I can use without feeling like I'm operating the cockpit of a fighter jet. I know that once I get past a learning curve it's supposed to be worth it but honestly something simple cant be that bad, right?

I always see Fujifilm cameras that look insanely good and I hear that their big selling point is their many included filters. I've seen videos from the sony cybershot dsc-w230, lumix lx5, canon powershot sx200, and the fujifilm xf1, and they all look awesome too but again I'm inexperienced and know nothing so please, implore me.

Things I'm looking for:

  • High res photos (nothing too crazy but nothing noticeably bad)
  • Easy to learn/Not too complex
  • Under $200 (I'm planning to buy used)
  • Really good color
  • Small/portable form factor (can fit in pocket)
  • Little to no photo editing required
  • idk what else to put cause I'm ignorant, so take advantage of that

I would also appreciate if the camera had respectable video quality too. I know there are some cameras that can take good photos but the video quality is terrible, and if that's the case then I'd much rather it just have even better photo output (TL;DR for videos: all or nothing)

Don't berate me I know I'm asking for a lot while giving you a little to work with...
I'm just an ignorant highschooler
