Why is my testosterone so high despite good E levels?

I'm super confused. I've been on 100mg spiro and 6mg sublingual pills for more than a year and levels were ok, last test showed E2: 149 pg/ml and T: 45 ng/dl. But then I switched to oestrogel for just 2 weeks, went back on pills and a few days later I took a blood test again because I was experiencing remasculinization. My testosterone came back 288 ng/dl, and E2 159 pg/ml. How did my T got so high in so little time despite my E being higher than before?
