How big is this fix going to be?

Last night, my 1999 Toyota Avalon XLS started making looooud knocking/clicking sound suddenly when on the freeway and BAM, my car stalls and shuts down. I’m taking it to my shop soon when I have the funds, but I have very little experience with under the hood stuff beyond fluids. This is a view from the left side of the car and the engine.
