Grounding pigtail machine/better way

Hi everybody, is there a machine that can strip the ends of the wire and wrap it around the grounding screw to make grounding pigtails? These are expensive to buy premade and making them by hand is time consuming and straining. Really any advice/tools/equipment that can make these quicker and with less hand strain would be appreciated.
