Does anyone know why the pro-Republic Americans aren't protesting in mass backed up by their 2nd Amendment rights to defend their Democracy

Title says it all. Americans love their guns. Love their freedom. Love their democracy. Why aren't the pro-Republic Americans seeing their country in shambles not stand up for it by any means necessary?
