Is there a problem with Sparkasse Leipzig?

I tried to pay with my sparkasse card at a pub, it got declined, I went to withdraw money, it got declined again. I have money, it shows that on my bank statement so I wasn't hacked. I have no idea why is it getting declined!!! does anyone has the same problem? Is there a problem with the system or something? I cannot contact them not until next Monday, and my weekend plans are ruined 😑
