would it be bad to mention another school in my loci?

i got invited to a conference by a CEO & penn alumna. writing my loci for Princeton and I don't want it to seem as if I'm hinting at the fact that I like another school more. writing loci for purdue and don't want to sound like they're lower than what I'm aiming for
