Counsellor rec is cooked maybe

So have applied all my RD and 2 days before that I made it to the national camp I added that in activities ( 1st activity ). I just got off the call from my counselor and he said that he'll "edit" my rec. As far as I know, recs sent to college cannot be "edited".
He also said that he can also add an optional rec.

( my counselor does hate me tho, though we don't get along but I doubt he'd do something to jeopardize my application )

On a scale of 1 to 10, how cooked am I?
