What kind of strength training is AF+?
I'm new to AF+ and have completed the first week of the 3 weeks of Perfect Strength program. I've noticed it's very different to strength training I have done in the past with sets of reps split broken up with a good few mins of rest. This feels very different as it's basically non stop.
Could someone help me understand what kind of strength this or other strength workouts on the platform will help me build? Is the idea that it's strength plus cardio in one workout?
