Speakers making weird noise

Just sat down to play my pocket when my speakers started randomly making these weird sounds and it’s doing it on both the gba core and on my actual carts. It is also doing it when I press the buttons and L/R it will go away and not do it and then come back. I’ve taken such good care of this thing and it has never been dropped has anyone had this before / what should I do?
