The zero tolerance policy is actually not true.

Im one of five girls been harrassed- grabbed, threatened & followed for 8 weeks while they “investigated” - i was told 4 women quit because of this man doing the same stuff-

Heres the kicker, he has a history of sx trafficking women, he was charged with selling drgs and p*mping women in 2019. The dude showed me photos on his phone of a girl on a heavy duty chain wrapped around her neck- and she did not look like she was enjoying her self in these photos. It was awful to see. And i told him no one wants to see that put it away. I filed the report in December- they didnt take the case til january 21st almost an entire month- before the erc even contacted me. The entire time ive been working he tried to talk to me threaten me more and ive had to ask other men to step in and ask them to make him please stay away.

Hes buddy to the manager on shift- who allowed him to continue to intimidate me the last 7 weeks. He followed me to my car, to lunch, he blocked my car in and laid on the horn at 3 in the morning to keep me stuck inside my car. Hes even tried to be buddy buddy with the people who were my witnesses ( big surprise amazon never contacted them at all??!) i reported him 8 times in ONE day!

This location is so effing messed up. What can i do?? Everyone who works there sees the crap favoritism - example the manager dude came and told me to take out my braids and put my hair up. But he walked passed four girls with their hair down or on their shoulders. I honestly am not sure what to do at this point? I think i need to seek legal counsel? I was told they were waiting for me to quit like the other females who were messed up by him. Smh zero tolerance i guess means wait til they actually physically assault you before they will step in
