Violation on flex but not notified

The camera usually says you have a violation than dispatch calls right? I was going thru flex this morning checking customer reviews and it says I got a speeding 2 days in a row? The camera never went off and dispatch never informed me either so I’m pretty confused I typically go 5 miles under the speed limit but yeah….not sure if the camera was just broken to notify me and then my dispatch just didn’t feel like informing me ? Idk I contacted my dispatcher about it so I’ll know more later but….

Is there any chance this is a complete error on the flex app?
